Music and the arts - Miss Taylor

At Balliol Primary School we aim to make music a positive and enjoyable learning experience for all. We aim to build children’s confidence by offering and encouraging them to participate in a variety of musical experiences. Music offers the opportunity for children to be creative and express themselves in a variety of means. Music will allow our children to learn transferable life skills such as resilience, team work, courage and respect. We want to ensure that music from an early age opens up future opportunities for children and provides children with aspirational career choices.
